- ½ cup sautéed sliced mushrooms (optional, patted dry)
- ½ cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
For the Topping:
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Coarse salt and dried oregano

1. Prep Dough & Preheat:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large rectangle (approx. 12×16 inches).
2. Layer the Filling:
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer meats, cheeses, and veggies evenly over the sauce.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.
3. Roll & Seal:
- Starting from a long side, roll the dough tightly into a log, tucking in ingredients as you go.
- Pinch the seam and ends to seal completely.
