- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Step 1 – Cook the Potatoes
- Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add halved potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.
- Remove from skillet and set aside.
Step 2 – Cook the Steak Bites
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In the same skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over high heat.
- Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned but still tender (medium-rare to medium). Remove and set aside.
Step 3 – Make Garlic Butter Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium.
- Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, add garlic, thyme, and rosemary. Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

- Return steak and potatoes to the skillet.
