1. Prepare the mixture
In a bowl, combine:
- Diced chicken
- Shredded cheese
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Flour

- Seasonings
Mix until everything is coated.

2. Fry the fritters
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the pan, shaping them into little patties.
- Cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve warm with:

- Ranch dip
- Sweet chili sauce
- Ketchup

- You can replace chicken breast with cooked or rotisserie chicken.
