2 cloves garlic, minced

Β½ small onion, chopped

Β½ cup breakfast meat (chicken, sausage, beef, or turkey)

2 tbsp soy sauce

Salt & black pepper to taste

2 tbsp chopped spring onions

Heat pan on medium-high heat. Add oil or butter.

Scramble eggs lightly in the pan, then remove and set aside.

SautΓ© aromatics:
Add garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant. -
Add protein & veggies:
Stir in breakfast meat and bell peppers. Cook until heated through. -
Add rice:
Add rice, break up clumps, and stir-fry for 2β3 minutes. -
Season:
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame oil. -
Finish:
Return eggs to pan. Toss well and cook 1 more minute. -
Garnish & serve with spring onions.
