- 3 very ripe bananas (about 1 ½ cups mashed) the spottier, the better!
- ½ cup (1 stick / 113g) unsalted butter, melted (or neutral oil)

- 2Ā large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tspĀ pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup sour cream, Greek yogurt, or buttermilk (for moisture & tang)
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tspĀ baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tspĀ ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Add-Ins (Choose 1-2, up to 1 ½ cups total):
- 1 cupĀ chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 cupĀ chocolate chipsĀ (semi-sweet or dark)
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 1 cupĀ fresh or frozen blueberries

1. Prep:
