- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 250 g minced beef
- 4–5 strips bacon, finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

- Salt & black pepper to taste

👩🍳 Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add chopped bacon and cook until slightly crispy.

- Let the mixture cool slightly, then mix in shredded cheese.

- Fold, seal edges with a fork, and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and puffed.
