1. Prepare the mixture

- Eggs

- Place them on a tray.

- Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Add patties and cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Do not flip early—let the crust form.
4. Serve

- Ketchup
- Sweet chili sauce
