Base Dough

• 1 cup all-purpose flour (see heat-treat method below)
• ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ¼ cup granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp milk (more as needed)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp salt

Mix-ins (use as much as you like!)

• ½ cup mini chocolate chips
• ½ cup M&M candies
• 2–3 tbsp rainbow sprinkles

🍨 Instructions

1. Heat-treat the flour (important for safety)

Spread flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or microwave for 1 minute, stirring halfway.
Let it cool completely.

2. Make the dough

1. In a bowl, cream butter and both sugars until smooth.
2. Add vanilla, salt, and milk. Mix.
3. Add cooled heat-treated flour and mix until it forms a dough.
4. Adjust with a splash more milk if too crumbly.

3. Add the fun mix-ins

Fold in:

• M&M’s
• Mini chocolate chips
• Sprinkles

4. Serve like the picture

Scoop BIG mounds of dough into a cup and roll the outside in:

• Extra chocolate chips
• Extra M&M’s
• Sprinkles

Press them lightly so they stick.
