🥩 Protein (Surf & Turf)
Grilled Lamb Chops
Ingredients

4–6 lamb chops (rib or loin)

3 tbsp olive oil
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp rosemary (fresh or dried)

1 tsp thyme
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions

Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Rub mixture all over lamb chops. Marinate at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).

Grill or pan-sear on high heat 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust to preference).

Rest 5 minutes before serving.
Lobster Tail
Ingredients

2 lobster tails
-
4 tbsp melted butter
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Paprika, salt
Instructions

Cut shell lengthwise, loosen meat.

Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice.
-
Brush over lobster meat, sprinkle paprika & salt.

Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes or grill until opaque.
Crab Legs
Ingredients

Snow crab legs
-
Butter & lemon (for serving)
Instructions

Steam crab legs for 5–7 minutes until heated through.

Serve with melted butter.

Garlic Asparagus
Ingredients

1 bunch asparagus
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Instructions

Toss asparagus with oil and seasonings.

Roast at 400°F (205°C) for 12–15 minutes or sauté until tender-crisp.
Baked Mac & Cheese
Ingredients

2 cups elbow macaroni (cooked)
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp flour
-
2 cups milk
-
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar + mozzarella)

Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions

Melt butter, whisk in flour (1 minute).

Slowly whisk in milk until thick.

Stir in cheese, salt, pepper.
-
Mix with pasta, top with extra cheese.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
